Replicate Energy Cell config across multiple cells?

I've started building my new base and I've just got my first turbine for my reactor built; now I need somewhere for the power to go! So I'm building a Resonant Energy Cell room. I plan to have at least 125 Resonant Energy Cells in here, but don't really want to have to set the input and output of every single one of those to 10kRF/t, nor do I wish to have to configure the inputs and outputs on every single one. Is there an easy way - like the Applied Energistics Memory Card - to do something like this?

If there's not, they so damn well need it in TE!

Aww, dammit! I suppose that using creative mode and placing the same one over and over again and deleting the number I place is probably the easiest solution. Oh well.
