At the end of last year, I broke my download limit, so my download speed dropped to nearly nothing. When Direwolf20 pack updated to v3, the download failed. The launcher never tried to re-download the pack, even though it told me the download failed (and thankfully left me with the working v2, thanks devs). I have used the force download thing, and it's now updated, but it would be nicer if it automatically re-downloaded the next time the launcher started.
