Hey!
I have been playing FTB Ultimate for a while now, and recently I got my first Quarry. (I have Gregtech so I'm a bit in in the game.)
I got power from the quarry, both from a Redstone Energy Cell and I'm going to use Energy Tesseracts, but my problem is that I don't know what to do with all the items that I get. I don't want to macerate and melt it etc. just get it in chest or something like that.

I have been watching a YouTube channel called Kingdaddydmac, you probably know wich that guy is (love the videos btw.) and he has ALOT of barrels and diamond pipes I think that gets pulled put from an Item Tesseract. How many barrels do I have to use? I know for every common item (duh) but how many barrels in a number? And could I get a list of wich items that goes into barrels/void/other from you guys using that technique? As I said, I just want it to put into barrels, because it can hold so much items and are very cheap to craft. Please help me out so I can start quarrying!

Diamond pipes are a pretty expensive way to do mass sorting.
Since you're using ultimate and still have RP2, I would have the quarry output into a chest, then set up a transposer with a timer to output the items into pneumatic tubes. Then just hook up a ton of barrels tot he tubes. Each item will automatically find the nearest open inventory it can go into, so it'll go down the line until it finds a barrel already containing that item, or an empty one.
You'll need a lot of barrels, I'd start with at least 20 and see how it goes.
At the end of the tube add an overflow chest so the transposer doesn't get jammed. If something ends up in the overflow chest, you need more barrels.

EDIT: Quarries might be able to output directly into a relay, which would automatically spit out any items into the tube, so if that works it'd be much easier. (just replace the chest/transposer/timer at the beginning with a relay)

As above, except I would either use a relay in place of transposer/chest, or a filter in place of the transposer. Then you can short circuit the sorting with an overflow chest at the end to catch anything that barrels won't take (either because the barrel is full or you've already assigned items to all available barrels and an unassigned item comes through). Learning how many barrels you need is part of tweaking and tuning your system. If you're clever. you'll use the system for more than just quarry output, at which point the number of barrels you may want is limited only by the number of items in the game.

Aight so I got now quarry -> obsidian chest -> transposer with a timer -> a line with pneumatic tubes and barrels on top of it, the tubes is not a complete circuit it's like at the end of the road I'm going to place a chest. But the barrels only take one stack of something. As now, it only fills the first barrel with 64 dirt then it continues to the 2nd, 3rd... why is it so?

MFR Deep Storage Units are also very good that way. They hold a lot more than barrels and you can later break them and they keep what was in it. So you can carry the DSU home and empty it there later. :)

do a DSU for cobble, barrels for dirt, gravel, a chest for flint, bees, fence/torch/wood from abandoned mineshaft, common stuff like the quartz/coal/amber, and finally a chest for everything else.

Put the tube over the barrels. Barrels can only accept one stack from beneath.
