Plugins for Horizon after DMCA?

Is it possible? I have looked for a way to get plugins working on a private server for the current version of Horizons and I haven't had any luck. Believe me, if you're reading this, the last thing I want to do is waste anyone's time. I've looked through forums, google, BukkitForge, MCPC+, Cauldron, etc. I can't find anything that works. I'm running it through McMyAdmin. I'm also willing to donate via PayPal for a solution to my problem. Thanks in advance.

Weeeeellll. I think you are out of luck. Any loaders using Bukkit in them were DMCAed and taken down.
And anybody offering you a mirror to a cauldron download would get a stern yelling at by the mods.
