the only changes I made between a working world on unleashed+GT and this was disabling the instabilities in mystcraft, and letting MFR recognize GT.

the game loads, its only in the final stages of loading a world does it crash me out.

It's a problem with Thaumcraft. Have you changed the config files after generating the world? That may explain the crash. Thaumcraft detected discrepancies between old config and new conf.
