New to FTB, is there a way to get mystcraft for the mindcrack pack?

Hey guys,
So im pretty new to FTB. Im just getting to know the mods in the mindcrack pack one by one, and when I tried to get into mystcraft I found that the mindcrack pack does not include this mod. I really want to play with this mod, but I don't want to switch to another mod pack, but be able to just add mystcraft to the mindcrack pack.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

yep, just drop the .zip into the mods folder. Or use the "Add mod" function in the launcher.

So, do i have to download the mod first? Or is there just an option I can select in the launcher that im missing that will install it for me?
Also, useing a world that was made before adding the pack will be fine, right?

well if you have either Direwolf20 or Ultimate packs downloaded, you can just nab the Mystcraft.zip from there, if not, then you will have to download it.

Please bear in mind, however, that when you update your modpack via the launcher all mods that do not belong to it by default will be removed. You have to re-add them before loading your saved worlds for the first time. If you forget to do so, all Mystcraft items will be irretrievably deleted from your world.
If that sounds like too much of a hassle (or risk) to you, consider using the Direwolf or Ultimate pack instead, which feature Mystcraft by default.
