I'm wondering if there are any particle acceleraters or item smashers in Infinity that provides tons oF EU. Also, can EU be converted into a liquid state?

What I meant was is there any way to transform EU Energy into a Liquid State. For example: Energon Cubes from The Transformers. Electricity in a liquid form.

I don't think there's any mod that does that. Your best bet for bulk energy storage, if MFSUs aren't enough for you, is probably just storing fuel. MFR has (or used to have?) Oil and Lava Fabricators that can run on EU and produce fuel to be stored in gigantic Railcraft tanks.

As for generating insane amounts of power, nothing (save BigReactors with massively overpowered configs) beats Electricraft. I believe there's a block that can convert ReC steam into generic Forge steam, which can in turn be fed into Railcraft turbines to produce EU. Alternatively, the steam produced by ReC's boilers can be fed into fancy ReC multiblock turbine, which can then be attached to a Turbine Dynamo to generate massive amounts of RF, which can be converted into EU by way of Mekanism universal cables or any of a few other things.

Actually, this is an interesting question.
In direwolf20, my current base has an ever growing "gigantic stack" of Vibrant Capacitors that is storing 1GRF (currently). With a few turbines putting out 24kRF/t it still takes a while to fill.
Now, I am trying to up my EU production and storage - principally to produce UU matter and synthesize 'things'. An MFSU doesn't really hold that much EU at all. I am slos not sure how to actually achieve 8192EU/t as the MFSU only does 2048EU/t output.

Turbine Generator can directly output EU. So, ReC fusion reactor might be the most powerful source of EU. However, you would have to add in Reikas mods, as they are not in Infinity by default.

Use MOX reactors or Quantum Solars, they're the most powerful EU producers.

There's no liquid state. Unless you've added GregTech, then you can store fusion plasma, can't remember exactly but I think 1 bucket of plasma is about a billion EU

An MFSU outputs 2048 EU/t HOWEVER you should never attach an MFSU to your UU setup, the massfab will suck it dry in seconds and since the mass fab takes unlimited power(cos the EU/net is still broken) you can never produce enough to fill any storage, attach generators directly to the massfab and replicator.

I think I'm pumping about 30k EU/t into my UU setup at the moment.

How did I confuse it with the MFE? The IC2 energy net is so buggy now for so long. I still, however, try to pretend that the various cables and machines have limits and I stick to them.
