Recently, as of 2013-02-17, my server has been spamming the error "[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?" and several of my users are receiving the "disconnect.overflow/ buffer overflow" when trying to connect to the server. Also, since this time, the server stutters/freezes every 5-10 seconds effecting all of the users, though it seems to be correlated with the "can't keep up!"

While I have received the "Can't Keep Up" since the beginning of the server, it has not been a problem until recently.

Looking at the logs, it appears to have started around the same time as a group of users developed the technology for Tesseracts. I do not know if this is the cause, or if it is just a coincidence. I have tried restarting, stopping/starting the server with no effects. I have set several chunk loaders to only run while their user is on, which has lowered the RAM usage by .4 gig, but has had no effect on on this issue.

I am at a loss at what to try next.

My server is hosted on Clanforge with 1.5 gig of RAM.
Minecraft / FTB MindCrack ( 1.4.7, v8.0.1 ) Vanilla, no added mods/plugins.

I do not know what the other specs are.

The server's average RAM usage was 1.4, though after turning off the chunk loaders it is now averaging 1.1
If the server's RAM usage exceeds 1.8 gigs the server restarts, or if the CPU usage exceeds 211% CPU usage it will also restart.

Here are the pastbin of my server logs back to the 15th, due to the size, I've had to split these logs into separate files.

15th-16th: http://pastebin.com/HkePS0U3
17th http://pastebin.com/LSydNHiF
18th http://pastebin.com/kmepvFAE

I have also attached a zipped copy of the full server log.

Any suggestions on what I can try to fix this error? If needed, I can add people to the white-list so they can examine things first hand.

Looks like the main problems were the Admin cards updating the power that was destabilizing my server, It wasn't a problem till a second user stole and duplicated the card causing 2 cards being used at the same time.

EDIT: While the Admin card may have been aggravating the situation, the primary problem was the shield itself that the card was powering.
