I am trying to set up my usual flat desert mining world for quarries etc. in a separate mystcraft world. In the past 1.4.7 and 1.5.2 I have always used variations of this setup:
This setup used to almost guarantee a flat desert world with no or little features and no caves/water/lava. But with the recent changes to how Mystcraft seems to pick something random from all categories now(like surface features, caves, ravines etc), it is proving increasingly difficult to get something satisfying.
Is there anything that can be done to prevent the worldgen from picking random features? Or at least limit the odds for it so I don't have to create a million worlds before I strike lucky to get the one I want.
Any improvements to the page setup is also welcome. Not entirely sure my syntax is correct any more either.
Code:
