My game say's 'Error occurred during downloading the game'

I downloaded the Exe. file then I also made a folder for it, but whenever I try to launch it say's "Error occurred during downloading game'.
I have tried to uninstall an reinstalling it but nothign works.. Also i have tried updating java but nothing works.

Please answer ASAP

So you used this guide to install FTB? Could you provide us with your console log in debug mode, posted to pastebin.com and linked here. If you need help with doing this guide will help.
