Features:
* Add Entangled Chalice: Uniquely bound chalices that can contain any type of fluid. Entangled chalices always have the same fluid independent of location.
* Add efficiency Sanguinary Pedestal (It has a larger range and has a x1.5 blood multiplier) and increase blood amount with spiked plate on efficiency pedestal.
* Add Promise of Tenacity, Velocity and Efficiency to upgrade machines.
* Add a bunch of convenience recipes for the Blood Infuser.
Includes some new items like:
* Blood Potash: 2x Bonemeal efficiency
* Blood-Waxed Coal: 2x Coal efficiency
* Dull Dust: Infuse with blood to create redstone dust
* Ender Tear: Rare endermen drop, infusable to Ghast Tear, also convertable to liquid ender with TE or TCon.
* Add Eternal Water Bucket and Block.
* Stop Blood hardening when water is nearby. Water check is done in a radius of 4 blocks, same mechanics as farmland.
* Allow fluid container machine tank filling/draining with right-clicking.
* Add GemStone Torch, they block spirit spawning in a 15 block radius.
* Container items will also try to consume from other inventory containers.
* Add button to balance Exalted Crafter grid.
* Add Block of Blood-Waxed Coal.

Changes:
* Add comparator support for the Box of Eternal Closure.
* Decrease flesh drop rate and make them stackable to 16.
* Improve NEI Blood Infuser recipe manager. 2 recipes are now shown per page and a tank tooltip is added.
* Add config option to disable/enable crashes on invalid recipes. By default crashes are disabled.
* Make Spiked Plate recipe slightly more difficult. It used a heavy weighted pressure plate now.
* Improve tooltips, WAILA will now also show optional block shift info.
* Delegate Spirit Furnace multiblock right-clicks to the main tile.
* Add oredict and wildcard meta support to recipe system.
* Add UP and DOWN icons for Spirit Furnace.
* Improve Blood Pearl of Teleportation icon.
* Improve Dark Power Gem icon.
* Improve Blood Infuser Icon.
* Improve Potentia Sphere icon.
* Hide some items from NEI that shouldn't be visible.
* Add Blood Shards to Thermal Expansion Magma Crucible to get Blood.
* Improve rarity indicators for various blocks and items.
* Player wearing Vengeance Ring will always trigger a spirit. Even when ring is disabled, only boost mode will spawn random spirits.
* Default Burning Gemstone durability is now halved.
* Pickaxe durability is now about the same as stone tools.
* Standardize machine and item fluid flow rates, configurable.
* Lower Dark Ore spawn rate a bit.
* Rework Kineticator: New motion method (does not loses items anymore), new particles and take into account player-throw-cooldown. Shift will avoid kineticating items.
* Spirit Furnaces takes into account armor values from mobs.
* Only spawn Libelle's above level 55. Closes #160
* Breaking enchant does not appear anymore when enchanting in enchantment table.
* Persist machine tickers tick in NBT.
* Add blood particle effects on Blood Infuser and Spirit Reanimator.
* Make Invigorating Pendant also extinguish fire.
* Disable Vengeance Ring Bauble equipping on right click.
* Make shaped recipes more flexible.
* Make Blood Infuser front working icon lighter and emit some light when working.
* Make Spirit Furnace more expensive.
* Add new icons for Dark Block and Dark Power Gem Block.

Fixes:
* Fix Blood Infuser recipes usable when not having enough Blood in tank.
* Fix bug that caused spirits to not always spawn when having small mining in mineshafts.
* Fix incorrect invalidation of Spirit Furnace when inactive block is removed.
* Check spirit coordinate correctness. Closes #169
* Register custom recipe classes to Forge RecipeSorter to get rid of the console spam.
* Catch rare NPE on anonymous player distortion. Closes #170.
* Fix rare NPE in Exalted Crafter NBT saving. Closes #171.
* Improve Box of Eternal Closure and Vengeance Spirit collision detection.
* Fix machines still showing as working when work is done.
* Fix troublesome disabling of Vengeance Spirit for entities.
* Fix Blood Stained Block blacklist.
* Fix rare fluid comparison NPE.
* Fix TE update frequency glitch that caused way too many packets being sent.
* Significantly improve client and server side performance.
