ME System Automated crafting then not enough resources there

Hello,
at the begining my english is not the best, but i try to explain my problem.
I want, that my me system produce automatically (example)Enderium. Then in my system are not 500 Enderium Ingots, the system should automatically produce new enderium.

Setup an interface (use the block version) and point an export bus at it. In the export bus put a redstone card and a crafting card. Set it for exporting enderium and change the craft setting to always craft (don't use inventory/stock first). Then take a level emitter and point it at the export bus. Set it for 500 enderium.

When the enderium is under 500 it should turn off the redstone signal and the export bus will start requesting enderium to be crated.
