Been lurking forever here and watching all the streams in Twitch. Have had Minecraft a long time but started out with FTB Unleashed 1.5 after watching streams.
So started a DW20 1.6.4 server and have been playing with my wife. I got to say that this pack has really renewed my interest in all of these mods.
Have had a great time with Thaumcraft (prior I had never even tried it out!!). I can't believe how expansive it is, practically an entire game itself. So impressive.
Have had some issues figuring out IC2 experimental changes since the last time I played and some of the new TE changes with RF. Also had to wipe the server directory besides the world data on each pack update to prevent crashes . So some growing pains and learning.
Just wanted to post to extend my gratitude and praise to the FTB guys and all of the mod developers. This community really demonstrates why PC gaming and games supporting active modding is so important. Also a shout out to all the streamers that have made FTB impossible not to try for myself.
