Looking for Direwolf20 starter server map

I along with a few friends will be starting a server soon and are in need of a map to get started with. This map doesn't need anything special, just the fundamentals of a server map such as a rules/tutorial/spawn area. Again nothing special is needed just the fundamentals, however if by chance there is an amazing server map out there, feel free to post it as well. Our spawn will eventually get re-built once we get on our feet.

I don't get why you'd want a pre-explored and pre-built map to start a server on, unless you mean a world seed?
