Launcher Download exe is blocked

Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
Log link is a screenshot of the message that comes up when I try to download the .exe from the website. Launcher v1.4.3 also doesn't recognize that a new update is available. No log for that, though.​
