Details of the issue:

Im having lag spikes on DW20 1.7.10 but on 1.6.4 not, so what can be the problem.​

Without a log and other critical information like for example java version CPU and gpu information? Everything.

If you want a more narrowed down anwser please post a log to pastebin and give us the log and post your java version and allocated ram. CPU and GPU information would also help.

can you try it with only 2 to 4 GB allocated?
And why did you use dropbox when I asked for pastebin? I can't download files right now and pastebin allows me to view it without downloading it.

Try using V-Sync and/or setting max fps to 120.
