Item Names Not Showing While Looking At Them

Details of the issue:
Currently I've notice that while looking at blocks or anything for that fact the name what what I'm looking at are not appearing. I've tried messing around with my NEI system to see if that't problem but I've got noting. I was working a couple days ago but for some reason it just stopped.
I've adding only veinminer and optifin to the modpack and they were working fine. I think the problem might have started when I was messing with my ME system but I don't know what I could have done do disable a feature to show the names of blocks. Finding ardite in the neather is not easy, lol.
