Is this enough to run Ftb with 80-100fps?

Well at the moment I have a intel core i3 pc with crappy graphics that can hardly run ftb. It Runs FTB at:
5-8fps with optifine
1-5 without optifine
I can't play peacefully because I lagg out and it ain't bearable.
The New Pc I will Buy Will Have:
Processor: AMD QUAD CORE TRINITY A8-5600K Black Edition
Graphics Card: Hybrid Crossfire HD 7660D + 2GB HD 6670
Memory: 16GB
Hard drive Capacity: 1TB
And I will buy windows 7 premium if you have a better suggestion of which O/S I should get then please write it in the comments below.

You should be easily able to run FTB well with those specs. My laptop has is an Intel Core 2 Duo Mac with 4gb of ram and I run FTB at about 40/50 fps. I'm not even sure if you need 7 Premium, but if you want it that's fine. Make sure to use the 64 bit version.

Thanks for the reply! I was quite worried that it wouldn't get me high fps or something cuz im not that good with computers Thanks anyway
