Problem Is the new server download corrupted?

EDIT: So myself and a friend have both attempted to download the server files and we're both getting the same issue, problem files below.

I tried to download several of the server updates this morning so i could start getting ready to do my techworld upgrade, creeperhost (the company who hosts the files for download) kept disconnecting and killing the transfers 1/2 through the download.. So, if i was doing Techworld and download is 19 megs.. I would get disconnected at about 5-6 megs.. The first couple times this happened I tried opening the zip files and got the corrupted message, thankfully after a few tries i was finally able to get everything to download properly and the corrupted message went away..

Not sure if its in relation to your issue, but i do know that it was a beast this morning trying to download the server files and i got the corrupted zip server times.
 
I get to about half then the DL slows to a crawl and those files are corrupted. Seems it would be an odd coincidence for us to both have issues DLing any of the server files.
 
I think Creeperhost is having issues this morning, would not be the first time to what ive seen so far.

I finally ended up somehow completing the download by trying over and over again in firefox, FF seemed to autoresume the download and eventually get the download finished.. So far though I gave up on the others.. Still waiting till they get the problem fixed.
 
I had to change my dl location it is found in the settings. I think us central is still hammered cause last night I had your problems, a 4kb/s dl rate, switched locations and it worked normally
