So I just went from the DireWolf20 (1.4.7) pack to the new Unleashed pack for 1.5.2. I haven't modified any configs, I just activated BOP, Enchanting Plus, and XReliquary. I also added Optifine.
I have a problem (both in Single Player and on Servers) where there's a new delay on all inventory actions (such as dropping an item in a slot, splitting a stack etc) which is tiny (probably not more than 0.1-0.2 seconds at most), but really annoys me when I'm trying to craft stuff. In particular, when I used to be able to drop a stack and split it by clicking left and right mouse buttons nearly at the same time, I now have to delay the right mouse click in order for it to split the stack.
This delay wasn't present before, and haven't been since I started playing minecraft back in alpha (counting both modded and vanilla versions).
Any idea what might be causing this? I tried disabling NEI without it working. It also doesn't matter if I'm in my own inventory or in, say, a workbench.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

*UPDATE* Tried disabling Tinker's Construct (since it adds a second tab to the inventory), no difference.
Also there is no lag when picking items up, just when dropping them.
*UPDATE2* Tried disabling Optifine with no success. Also disabling inventorytweaks didn't help.
