Internal Exception errors

I randomly get a number of these while playing SMP, brings me back to main menu. Here are some:

Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 21
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 194
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 119
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 179
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 112
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad compressed data format
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 97
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 115
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 110
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: packet too big
Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Received string length longer than maximum allowed (12576 > 64)

I've tried doing clean install, tried each version of java. Not sure what else I can do.

Try disabling the Modular Powersuits mod.
If that doesn't fix the issue, try also disabling the Liteloader (in Jarmods) plus all VoxelModpack mods.
