It's forge - it doesn't really matter... Item IDs get changed automatically, etc.
The only problem could be the world generation...
UPDATE: Sorry, guys, I hadn't gotten any kind of interest in this 3 months so I kind of abandoned it. Nevertheless, there is a reupload of this base https://www.box.com/s/lctp773eo4m8xui9hmcx. Note, you will get Forge annoying you for mismatched IDs. Ignore them, most of the items should stay intact.

ok just did a fresh install of ultimate 1.1.2 and unless your using completely custom configs or they removed several key mods, this world does not work very well. This are missing around the place, I saw trees with ruby ore as leaves. Apart from this on a purely design stand point I didn't really like the map. I can see however how it would appeal to other people.
