How to create a private modpack?

I am not going to create one RIGHT now just saying...

As of yet, you can't. AFAIK, the back-end is done and it's already possible to load a private modpack from a code, but the front-end of creating one isn't yet there.
They also need to sort out exactly how it's going to work as permissions need to be sorted out as well.
