Problem How do I make it so that players can't kill thaumcraft golems in griefprevention claims?

As title suggests, I am just looking for a quick answer if anyone would be so kind? My server is running on minecraft 1.7.10 btw.

Minecraft ver. 1.7.10
Cauldron ver. 1291
Pack: Hubris (3rd party modpack)

Hi...have you tried using world guard and changing the files/the world guard permissions of the area to stop people from killing them
