I've had a look around and I can't seem to find out how to make the quest book in the hardcore questing mod pack global, and by this I mean so if I complete a quest, you also complete it automatically. If someone could either explain how to make the quests global instead of private or just link me to a solution that would be great, been stuck on this for a while.
