New to FTB but very excited about some ideas for getting involved in the FTB community. I have a small amount of Java knowledge (virtually none in the grand scheme) and a little graphic design experience as well as a bit of web dev.
Big goals for the future are to create a texture pack that I'm happy with, a few skins and possibly a starter mod to run a few ideas. Lastly, I'd like to start a LP/tutorial min-series once the new FTB pack is released with a main focus of maintaining a good balance of Vanilla and mod useage. I really love Minecraft as it is, but I feel that many mods are a fantastic addition. I want to remind people that there's a lot of fun in the balance of both worlds.
I have a couple really simple videos on my Youtube (/duurrkk) but it's simply the beginning of what I hope to make something a little more fun and informative. I would be happy to help out in any way I can and feel that I have a decent knowledge of MC to share, so always glad to help if needed.
