FTB Ultimate ChunkLoaders not loading chunks

So i'm getting lately some complaints on my server about chunk loader / world anchors not doing their job right (not loading chunks) so i think the problem is my config (wich it is probably), so if anyone could help me with the config, i would be verrrrrry thankfull ^-^
