FTB Ult. server load erroring with thaumic bees & backpacks

High I am wanting to upgrade our server from mindcrack to Ultimate. On upgrading and then trying to load i get the error
Exception in server tick loop java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not register backpacks via Forestry
