Title FTB Trident Server: Authentication servers down

Launcher Type Twitch Desktop App

Modpack Trident

Modpack version 1.4.0 on twitch

Details of the issue After downloading a Trident server pack from the FTB site, I changed eula to true etc after reading the terms, and made what I believe to be the right modifications in my router settings to allow friends to join. I run the server start exe and boot up trident 1.4.0 through twitch. I try localhost and my IP address to try and connect to my server, but i get the message "Authentication servers are down"

In the console it reads:

[User Authenticator #1/INFO]: Disconnecting com.mojang.authlib.GameProfile@6c5cfe1f[id=<null>,name=***removed***,properties={},legacy=false] (/127.0.0.1:55643): Authentication servers are down. Please try again later, sorry!
[16:39:05] [User Authenticator #1/ERROR]: Couldn't verify username because servers are unavailable

I am using an MC leaks alt if that makes any difference, but I doubt it will. I do own a minecraft account but I logged out to demonstrate to a friend how to use MC leaks alts but then I couldn't log back in, after resetting my password multiple times

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Maybe authors of MC leaks alts should fix your problem?

You're right. I tried it with a real minecraft account and everything worked fine. Do you have any suggestions to let my friends without minecraft accounts connect to my servers?

Using hacked clients isn't something anyone here supports - when you're using pirated software you're stealing.

Suggestion:

Don't do that!

If your friends like the game they should pay for it!
