Problem FTB Launcher & Modpacks won't load/play or even download MACOS

Today I wanted to play FTB Ultimate Reloaded again cause I have been playing it for like almost a week now and it didn't react.
It began with not reacting. I clicked on play on my modpack but also just random ones I already had installed and they all didn't start up.
I thought it would be a good try to just uninstall and install the FTB launcher but that didn't work.
Then I figured the modpacks were still in the launcher after I deleted the Launcher so I deleted the whole .ftb folder and uninstalled it again.
After downloading FTB and trying to download my modpacks I got a new problem...
I can't download modpacks because it stays stuck at "Creating environment" and won't do anything and when I restarted the FTB Launcher it was "downloaded" but if i would click on play it just wouldn't react again so that didn't work.

Currently I am just hopeless because I really think I tried everything I could but, if someone knows any other help it would be very appreciated please!
(I also reinstalled java)

Same issue here with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.
I have the additional problem, that im unable to login. I tried it once an now there is the loading animation but nothing further happens.
My FTB Client has the Version: 202011261605-2be2c6a678-release

I would be happy if this issue could be fixed so i can play with my friends.
