Details of the issue:
I've been playing on the server by myself for 3-4 days now. i get a friend to come join me and he added the additional mods i added to the pack and gets a time out message i have port forwarded.

i have run servers in the past and have worked fine.

first fix i tried was Restarting the sever - Didnt Help
Second Fix - Disabling mystcraft - Didnt Help

for some reason the log had no mods in it
any suggestions

Additional mods are
-RWG 1.3.2
-Mousetweeks 2.4.4 (which is clientside)​

Same issue. As a server owner as well. My only thoughts are to downgrade for the time being, anyone know the differences in 2.2.1 and 2.2.2?
