Windows .jar FTB Direwolf20 Pack Server Crash

For a while every time I hosted a fresh direwolf20 server it would crash within a minute of being up. I re installed java and no I had a server running with a few friends on for about 6 hours but now it has crashed again and is constantly crashing everytime it starts up now. I am using the version 0.14 of the server which was the latest a few days ago. Any ideas? I really would like to keep the world as we have been on it for a while.

Your virus scanner (AVG does that for sure) is blocking java/FTB in some way. Be sure to make an exception for them. Had exactly the same error, and that's what fixed it.

EDIT: Is uninstalling the pile of poop which is avg to see if it fixes it.
 
A few av programs will block it not just AVG.

You need to add your ftb folder, including any subfolders, to your exceptions list in avg. If you don't know how then google 'How to add an exception to avg'.
 
So for anyone else, its probably your antivirus causing the crash. After uninstalling AVG everything is fine.
