i see this mod is in BNB but, what does it actually do?

I believe it extends the distance that you can see, not sure why it's in the pack though, it will probably cause RAM usage to go up and cause FPS issues (more to draw).

Yeah, I thought it was the Render API necessary for it.

theres no tropicraft in BNB, but it may be there for other reasons.

still, what does it DO?

Hm, I don't know if it's the Render Player API which allows certain mods like Tropicraft access to the classes "Render Player" (bhj) and "ModelBiped" (bbj), or if it's indeed a distance extending mod. I'm leaning more towards distance extension since there's no Tropicraft in the modpack.

Pretty sure it's also needed for the Weather Mod, if that's in the pack.
