Error upon joining my server

Today I updated a bunch of mod on a server that I have been running for a month and I got an error that I do not know how to fix.

Forge: 1403
Today's updated mods:
ExtraCells
Applied Energistics
ProjectRed
CompactStorage

Looks like an item has wrong ID or something, I don't know what's happening.
EDIT: well rolling back all the mods fixed it, I still would like to know what happened
