My minecraft crashes when I leave the nether. Log is attached.

We need the crash report as well, that actually helps us determine the problem easier than the full log.

I cant figure out the problem, it looks like your world has issues has problems loading the chunks when it gets out of the nether, but I have no idea what is causing it.[DOUBLEPOST=1412486948][/DOUBLEPOST]Nevermind, I found a thread on the site which has a couple of fixes.

Already saw this and tried all the listed solutions, still happening.

Well that is a nasty crash.
Does it happen no matter where you come out?

Haven't tried coming out of a different portal. I'll check that.

Used a different portal and it seemed to work. Thanks for the tip. Hopefully this is a permanent fix.

To make sure it is fixed, I suggest deleting the chunks the first portal came out on (25x25 chunk area.) but I understand this may not be ideal since it could be your base.
