i have the glitch in my inventory, that does so whenever i open my inventory or any enterty some of my icons in my inventory turns half transparent

Do you have optifine?

I'd say - remove everything and reinstall it. (Backup saves ofc)
Oh and yeah if you have optifine, disable it

Nononno, remove the barrel of your invertory. Nothing to do with optifine here.
