[DW20 1.10] Farming the Wither

Using the Actually Additions Shock Absorbers & the Draconic Evolution Mob Grinder, I've build a surprisingly efficient wither killing room.. My problem is the supply of Wither Skeleton skulls.

I built a similar room using an EnderIO Powered Spawner and Draconic Evolution Mob Grinder to kill wither skeletons, but apparently skulls are a "player kill only" drop. Is there a way to get Wither Skulls automatically? (Killer Joe? Drop height? mechanical users carrying swords?)

ExU's diamond spikes drop player-only items as well

The Mob Grinder does get skulls but it's bleeding slow. I was looking at maybe an RFTools Shield but it needs dimensional shards, which means going into random dimensions, hope it's not lethal, and try to mine some. >.<
