So anyways, sorry about my previous post.
BUT.
Could you guys at the FTB team kindly add a download and resume feature? It's really getting on my nerves, having to redownload everything. And then get WGET to download everything. It's really counter intuitive guys. I'd really really appreciate (And so may many others) If you added a download manager that resumed and used pre-download files (If they're available.
Search Google for 'Java download resume' (it's cheesy, yes) if you want some examples.

coming from someone with a limited cap on downloads per month, a shaky connection, and fluctuating speeds (yes that shit still exists in backwards countries) I would very much like this

It really is stupid that so many updates to the launcher and packs have occured yet not even a reply to this issue has been met.
I live in Australia... there is no nearby creeperhost server only a bunch on the other side of the world.
Our internet here is laughable, but really that's no excuse when i can download for example bukkit mods and 'do it myself'.
What it means is your launcher is failing at it's most basic premise; that of a simple streamlined multi mod install for minecraft.
I mean seriously guys if you can't do anything about it pass it on to the people who can and get it seen to.
The fact it's sat here with your inaction is a discredit to the brand and you as support.
I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job, just that i'd like to see you actually doing it.

something is planned like that for when the launcher gets a rewrite atm when you download/update a pack it downloads a zip with all the mods and configs in 1 big download its planned to make it download each mod indvidualy so when a pack updates a few mods the launcher will just download them not all of the mods
the launchers plans were stated in this thread
