ather a certain amount of time if i go into my inventory i get "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException:An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine" and then i can log back in but its about every 1-2 mins
-edit turn out it was a buged item from rftools in my inventory when mouse went over the item it caused a dc
--fix is hold space when looking in chest and clicking another item and it will move all thing in ur inventory to chest. then move back the stuff you want then put fire around chest and break chest
