Hi all,
Was hoping someone would be able to assist me with this problem. We have a small (2-4 player) D20 server running at a friends house. Over the last week the tps has gone south, in a bad way :/ It's not the first time this has happend & in that past it has been fixed by deleting player profiles. I have had to do this today again, not a big deal, but I would really like to understand why this happens?
The server:
Intel E2180
2gb ram (was 4gb long story)
100gb hdd
win7 64bit - clean install for this
java - build 1.7.0_07-b10
serverstart.bat:
java -Xms1G -Xmx3G -jar ftbserver.jar
All mods are current to the D20 pack. Ironically it is the people that are connecting remotely that seem to have this problem most frequently. I have tried googling for an app/mod that can isolate the mod causing the tps but only seem to see things for bukket?
As you may have guessed I am kind of new to this & scary part is I am technical lead on this mini server project

PS: How will deleting a player profile affect those that have been doing Thaumcraft research?
