Server: Hosted on my laptop (yea I know bad idea but thats all I got)

No added mods.
Hey me and some friends were trying to set up a DW20 server and ran into a problem. When I tried to launch the .jar file it ran out of memory and crashed so I edited the Server Start.bat to launch it with more ram but now when I or anyone else tries to connect it gives this error:
