Problem Direwolf20 1.6.4 Server Stops at a tweak?

Trying to run a 1.6.4 server with Direwolf20s newest pack, we fixed a few problems like more memory but another one has come up and we cant get it to work now... Any help would be nice!
We are running a windows 7 computer with 4GB ram, we plan to play on are 2 laptops and have some friends connect to it as well. we are giving it 1 gb at the moment.

What do you get if you type this into your command prompt?

java -version

Uninstall the java 6 you have and install java 7.
