In the most recent version of the Direwolf20 1.6.4 pack I'm getting random flickering in chunks not adjacent to me. Any time I change the camera angle everything repeatedly unloads and loads visually and I can see entities hovering in midair as though there were chunk errors. This wasn't the case with the previous version of the pack. I'm also getting random mouse movements when not on fullscreen mode when I try to mouse over the mods submenu or anything beneath it in NEI.
