Direwolf20 1.10 pack (JEI/cheats)

Trying to change in JEI to allow cheats (giving items) But i always get this error, that i dont have permission to change, and i need to be admin.

I play on client, not a server.
How do i work around this?
I want to play a survival world, but with the options to get items when i want to.

It does but it might not be the preferred solution. Better than starting a new world if you have done a lot. Easier than using a program to edit the world to allow it normally. However it has 2 drawbacks in that you need to do it every time you quit and return or atleast if you want to cheat during that session along with not allowing you to pause the game without quitting to the menu.
