Crash when attempting to move wireless redstone devices with frames

I was attempting to create a frame quarry in one of my worlds when the following crash happened:

The weird part is, it only happened after several movements of the frame machine. I adjusted the delay on a signal going through a repeater into a wireless transmitter (changed from 4 ticks to 1 tick), so there's a possibility that a redstone signal went into the wireless transmitter while the frames were still moving (unless it doesn't work like that).
