Bug Cloaking instead of well fed.

Was wondering if anyone knew where this conflict comes from. I'm in a bunch of mods added utopia3 world. As the title said I get an effect called cloaking my googling could not identify when I should have well fed from harvestcraft.

I swear I saw the fix before but for the life of me can't come up with it. If it's not a common knowledge thing I'll throw you a list of what I added.

I believe you'll have to update Flaxbeard's Steam-Powered Mod, I remember seeing that there was a conflict between it and Hunger Overhaul.
