Hello. I am using the current feed the beast launcher. My minecraft version is 1.4.7 and i am using direwolf20 mod pack. I have the latest java installed.
Well, the problem is i can't play multi player. I am on mac so i am using multi mc to launch feed the beast it works fine on single player. But i can't join any dire wolf 20 server nor my friends can join a direwolf 20 server we create. We downloaded direwolf20 server from launcher.
We re-installed java lots of times. Tried changing config files of server with clients. Downloaded every mod in the modpack one by one to make sure it wasn't related to launcher. Used even different computers but we keep getting the same error.
It generates two error logs.
If anyone knows how to fix this issue please help :(

You might receive more feed back if you use pastebin and link on thread. I can't see this the files as on a smartphone

disconnectIDMismatch is generally caused by client and server running different configs, are you certain that this is not the case?

Updated direwolf20 pack to 5.2. But it is still not working. Also tried ultimate mod pack but it gives the same error too. I think it has something to do with chicken core but i don't know.

You are using proper credentials (MC account), right?

You could try copying the config folder of the server to your client and see if that does something.

Yes i am using proper credentials. Both me and my friend bought the game.
We tried copying the config folder of the server to the client but that didn't do.

Kinda running out of ideas here. :)

The logs you posted are from a Windows 7 machine, so you should be able to use the default launcher there?
Let me quickly describe the steps you would do for a minimal setup:
  1. Download and extract Ultimate Pack server (http://www.creeperrepo.net/direct/FTB2/9b48bf1418cfe5434f931d34cebd4aec/modpacks^Ultimate^1_0_1^Ultimate_Server.zip)
  2. Start the batch file.
  3. Add yourself to the whitelist (whitelist add <your username>)
  4. Start FTB launcher and select the Ultimate Pack
  5. Add your server (address is: localhost)
  6. Connect
And that gives you the above errors?

I am having the same problem, please keep this active until a solution is found. When I try to connect to a server, after staying on logging in.... for a while, it changes to a screen that says:
Forge Mod Loader has found world ID mismatches
ID 343 is mismatched. World: (ModID: Minecraft, type uv, ordinal 2) Game (ModID: Railcraft, type rc.item.cart.furnace, ordinal 2)
ID 342 is mismatched. World: (ModID: Minecraft, type uv, ordinal 1) Game (ModID: Railcraft, type rc.item.cart.chest, ordinal 1)
ID 328 is mismatched. World: (ModID: Minecraft, type uv, ordinal 0) Game (ModID: Railcraft, type rc.item.cart.basic, ordinal 0)

This is when trying to connect to a server I purchased two hours previous to posting this. I downloaded the server files today and uploaded them. I tried to connect to after servers after it didn't work on mine, and got the same result. My launcher is on 5.2.0 . Please help.[DOUBLEPOST=1363865130][/DOUBLEPOST]Note: Also tried what you posted above; Same results.

ID 328 is mismatched. World: (ModID: Minecraft, type uv, ordinal 0) Game (ModID: Railcraft, type rc.item.cart.basic, ordinal 0)
This looks like a proper ID mismatch in Railcraft.
Compare the config/railcraft/railcraft.cfg of client and server and make sure they are the same.

Another thing to try would be a Force Update in the FTB launcher.

Note: Also tried doing the opposite to a previous suggestion; dragged single player configs onto server, didn't work, still got the same error.

Just to make sure ... you restarted client/server after changing the config files?
