Try running the launcher with more ram if that fails try deleting it and re downloading it. Hope this helped

Do you have a 32bit version of Windows 7 or just Java 32bit? If you have a 64bit OS then you will want to install the x64 version of Java from here. Then allocate between 2-5GB of RAM. If you have 32bit win7 try to get the 64bit version if you have 4+GB of RAM. If you have less then 4GB you will want to read this.

Thanks redownloaded java and updated it, and increased to 2gb ram, fixed it thanks.
