Can't load server/map- Stuck on Loading World

Details of the issue:
My friend and I have been running an Agrarian Skies server and I realized that Jadecat turned off the xp shower, bottler, etc (so xp in tanks is useless, since right clicking to drink isn't working either) I go in and make a new ID, however, but MC keeps crashing do to a different issue I have given up on (I even tried it client side, but it kept failing). When we re-disable the IDs and restart the server, it keeps hanging when it gets to JABBA. We made a copy of the world, deleted DIM-1, DIM1, and JABBA folders to no avail. Any ideas?
