Problem cant join

hi my problem is that i cant join a server that is runing from the uk and i play from holland.
other people can join but i cant join i dont know what to do.

this is the ip that i cant join 192.168.0.16:25565

and other servers i can join but they dont have that :25565 after it

192.168.n.n is an internal NATd IP address, whoever is hosting needs to visit a site such as http://www.whatismyip.com/ and it will tell him their internet facing IP and it's that IP you need to enter when joining the server.

But that's probably just the start of it, since he's hosting at home there will most likely be ports to forward on routers and that I can't help you with since every router is kinda different.
